"Named it after me" means the company gave her name "Caroline Benson" to the award. They called the award "Caroline Benson Award".

That is amazing. Where do you see yourself in 12 months?

This question means "What will you be doing after 12 months?"

(17) Caroline:

I see myself as a sales [vocab word=leader]leader[/vocab] in your company. I believe I have the [vocab word=ambition]ambition[/vocab] to [vocab word=succeed]succeed[/vocab]. In 12 months, I will have trained my team to sell a million dollars a month. I will have made your company the number 1 [vocab word=construction]construction[/vocab] [vocab word=equipment]equipment[/vocab] [vocab word=supplier]supplier[/vocab] in Northwest.

"I will have trained ..." is in future perfect tense. Caroline is making a prediction. She thinks she can train her team members to sell $1,000,000 within a year.

Okay. I have to talk to my CEO. But, just between you and me, I think you got the job.

"Between you and me" means "It's not official; don't tell anybody; but ..." The interviewer hasn't talked to the CEO, so he can't tell other people that Caroline got the job.
