How does ALULA work?
ALULA is an app that helps students learn English through conversation. In each lesson, students learn grammar and speaking with the AI English Tutor. The lessons are done in a conversational format, so students are practice listening, grammar, pronunciation, and speaking, all at the same time. This helps students become fluent in short time.
Do you have free lessons?
On our mobile app, you can do up to 4 lessons and a limited number of conversation exercises. On the web version, you are limited to 10 free lessons, up to 1 lesson per day.
Can I do the lessons on my smartphone, tablet, or a laptop?
We recommend you to download our app to do the lessons. Our app has better functionalities than our web version. Also, many lessons are available only on our mobile apps. You can download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Is there pre-set lesson time or time limit to doing a lesson?
No. You can do a lesson any time, anywhere. There is also no time limit for doing a lesson.
What if I'm nervous about speaking English or answering a question?
Because the lessons are taught by an AI English Tutor, not real humans, you are free from being judged. You can make as many mistakes as you need to without feeling embarrassed.
Can I repeat a lesson or do a lesson one more time?
Yes. You can do any lessons more than once. Please refer to our terms and conditions for usage limit.
How is Premium Membership different from Free Membership?
With a Premium Membership, a student can access all lessons and courses, whereas a free user is limited to free lessons. A Premium Member can do the lessons on our app and on our website.
What kind of payment method do you accept?
We accept major credit card. With a monthly plan, your credit card is charged automatically every month. With a yearly plan, your credit card is charged every year at renewal date.
